SQL Server & Integration Specialist
UK (Home-Based) | 6-Month Contract | Start ASAP

Are you a seasoned SQL expert with a passion for system integration and performance optimization? We’re looking for a SQL Server & Integration Specialist to join our team on a 6-month contract, working fully remote from anywhere in the UK.
Key Responsibilities
- Leadership & Strategy: Take ownership of our SQL instances, leading the design and development of robust, scalable solutions.
- Subject Matter Expertise: Be the go-to expert for our data warehouse and integrations, ensuring top-notch performance and reliability.
- Collaboration: Partner with Service Delivery and Business Systems teams to drive enhancements and standardisation.
- Technical Support: Provide in-depth support, troubleshooting, and guidance to maintain system stability and efficiency.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify and deliver on opportunities to streamline processes and boost performance.
Key Skills & Experience
- 10+ years’ experience managing MS SQL Server and building integrated solutions
- Strong background in REST and SOAP API integrations
- Highly skilled in T-SQL and JavaScript
- Proficient with Studio Manager and Visual Studio
- Solid experience in SQL Integration Services (SSIS)
- Advanced knowledge of Azure Data Factory, Logic Apps, Azure Functions, and Azure File Storage
- Demonstrated ability in performance tuning and SQL troubleshooting

Contract Length: 6 months
Location: UK-based, fully remote
