Title Sales Operations Analyst

Overall Role This role will be the primary custodian of client data quality within HubSpot, a key contributor to Sales Enablement content and delivery, and the lead analyst for strategic revenue projects, total addressable market research (TAM), whitespace. This is a highly analytical, cross-functional role designed to drive operational excellence and provide data-driven insights from HubSpot to Sales Leadership.

Job Description: Sales Operations Analyst The Sales Operations Analyst will play a critical role in supporting the entire Go-to-Market (GTM) organization (Sales, Marketing, Client Management) by ensuring the integrity of our client data within HubSpot, providing actionable strategic insights, and supporting the deployment of key enablement programs. This role reports directly to Global Head of Sales Excellence and will be instrumental in maximizing the value derived from our HubSpot CRM implementation. Key Responsibilities Data & CRM Oversight

  • Own Client Data Quality: Serve as the primary custodian of client data within HubSpot, focusing on data hygiene, enrichment, standardization, and governance policies
  • Reporting & Dashboards: Assist the CRM Manager with creating, maintaining, and refining critical dashboards and reports for the Sales, Marketing, and Leadership teams
  • System Integration: Assist with integrating new technologies and data sources into the revenue ecosystem based on the company’s Enterprise Architecture guidelines

Strategic Analysis & Planning

  • Strategic Analysis: Lead and execute analyses for strategic revenue initiatives, including Total Addressable Market (TAM) research, whitespace analysis, account segmentation, and territory recommendations.
  • Process Inspection: Conduct regular pipeline and process inspections, including forecasting accuracy analysis and hygiene audits, providing recommendations for efficiency and improvement.

Sales & Marketing Enablement Support

  • Enablement Content: Support Sales Excellence team in curating relevant content and resources to drive knowledge management and learning
  • GTM & Sprint Execution: Assist the Sales Excellence team with planning and executing GTM strategies, Sprints and initiatives
  • Nurture & Playbooks: Build and map sales playbooks and nurture programs directly into the CRM to drive consistent sales behavior and efficiency
  • Marketing Automation Support: Support Marketing Operations by assisting with campaign building, list development, GDPR compliance and tracking, and ensuring data cleanliness for outbound efforts.

Go to Market and Optimization:

  • Tool Adoption metrics: Track specific sales productivity metrics such as emails, calls, sequences, logins, providing feedback to Sales Enablement for targeted coaching Ideal Candidate Profile

Attribute Requirements

Years of Experience 3+ years in a Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, or Business Analyst role, preferably in a B2B environment

Education Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or a related quantitative field or equivalent

Ideal Skillsets

  • HubSpot CRM (Required): Deep, hands-on experience with HubSpot: Including data structure, reporting, and workflows .
  • Data & Analysis: Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, data visualization tools (e.g., PowerBI or HubSpot/CRM reporting), and conducting deep-dive strategic analyses (TAM/Whitespace)
  • Process-Oriented: Ability to map, document, and audit complex sales and marketing processes.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with proven experience developing and delivering training or enablement content.
  • Compliance: Basic understanding of global data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA)

Knowledge Strong understanding of the end-to-end B2B revenue lifecycle (lead-to-cash), sales methodologies, and key operations metrics (conversion rates, pipeline health, forecasting).
