Job Title: Business Systems Director
Location: Remote (UK) with occasional travel to London

About the Role

Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership: Design and execute a business systems roadmap aligned with organizational goals.
- Team Management: Lead and mentor a technical and support team, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Process Optimization: Identify inefficiencies in current workflows and implement effective solutions.
- Best Practice Implementation: Apply industry standards to create robust, future-ready systems.
- VantagePoint Transformation: Overhaul and streamline the VantagePoint system, ensuring optimal integration.
- Integration Management: Oversee system integrations for smooth data flow and communication.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Partner with cross-functional teams and leadership to address business needs.
- Change Management: Drive cultural and operational transformation to demystify systems and improve adoption.
Key Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience in senior leadership roles with strong people management capabilities.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement strategic roadmaps for business systems.
- Technical proficiency in Deltek VantagePoint (Essential), with expertise in integration and optimization.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
- A track record of leading change initiatives and simplifying complex systems.
- Familiarity with remote work environments and willingness to travel occasionally to London.

- Experience in industries requiring complex system integrations.
- Knowledge of change management frameworks and methodologies.
